2. Responsible person

Hosting & CDN

We host our website with Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc, 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Server location: Frankfurt, Germany. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Database

Our database is provided by Vercel Postgres and is also hosted in Frankfurt. Your user data (name, email, team data) is stored here.

Registration & Login (NextAuth)

You can log in via Google or GitHub. In doing so, data is transmitted to us by the respective provider (e-mail, name, profile picture). Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract).

Email Delivery

We use Resend to send system emails. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable communication).

Payment Processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe for paid functions. Stripe processes payment data and information for fraud prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Analysis Tools

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to statistically evaluate the use of our website. Data is generally collected anonymously.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of the processing of your data as well as the right to data portability.
